Lydia Montes De Oca, Women's Cross Country - SW Oregon

 Montes De Oca finished 39th out of over 350 runners at the George Oja Invitational, which featured runners from all collegiate levels. She was the top runner in the NWAC with a time of 22:01.70, which is now the best time in the conference in a 6K race this season.
