Mills took medalist honors at the first NWAC League Match of the season, hosted by Highline on Oct. 12-13. Mills won the event as an individual by just one stroke, as his first round score of 71 held up as the best round of the event. The freshman finished with a two-round score of 144 to lead Bellevue to third place overall.
