Mulendela had a very impressive two day showing at the WOU John Knight Twilight. First, she won the 200m on day 1 with a new lifetime best, NWAC #1 and school record of 24.58. That time also ranks 5th on the NWAC All-Time list. On day two, she anchored UCC's school record 4x100m to a second-place overall finish and a new NWAC #1. She then finished 2nd overall in the 100m with a new personal best and school record of 12.11, which ties for #16 on the NWAC All-time performance list. To cap of the day, she also competed in the long jump and finished with a personal best of 5.35m to finish 7th overall and move to 4th in the NWAC season rankings.
