Ran a school record of 11.18 in the 100m dash while running into a head wind. This is just off the NWAC auto qualifier from the previous year (11.15). He easily won by a half second. He was also the anchor on the 4x100 that finished second. He nearly ran down the opponent even with a botched handoff.

"Chris's run into the headwind was fantastic," said UCC heac coach Alan King. "He is a hard worker that is a great addition to our up and coming sprint crew. We are looking forward to what the rest of season has in store."
